Solar radiation blocker “Sun Shield”

These days, the trend of the buildings have more glass and window gradually to give more assessment of openness and to make modernistic atmosphere in the building.

However, such a trend of the buildings let the energy cost increase and inadequate life environment. The building has glass wall and a lot of window is too weak to the solar radiation so that it makes inner temperature of the building comparing to usual buildings and increment of cooling energy.

“Sun Shield”, liquid blocker of solar radiation, is proper to such a trend of architecture to let the energy efficiency increase and to allow comfortable environment.  It can block thermal infrared by Anti-thermal barrier curtain through the simply using to spay to the window and glass. Anti-thermal barrier curtain make good environment and increase the cooling energy efficiency.

“Sun Shield” can reduce the cooling cost up to 20% through maximize the effect of air conditioning by blocking out thermal IR and also have effect of blocking out UV rays so that it makes to keep health of skin.

The coating of very thin water repellent prevents from penetrating the outside water and oil.    Also, it makes difficult to adhere contaminants on the surface and enables to maintain the ability to absorb sweat on back of textile so that it can realize a comfortable wearing feeling.

Nano Coating

By using the fluoride material to form a barrier of the molecular level it can easily remove laundry contaminants.  Also, textile will not be easily soiled due to effects of a water-repellent and oil-repellent by nano coating.

Air Permeability

In order to discharging sweat excellently. it makes fiber easy to maintain the large number of fine holes. Therefore, it helps feelings of wearing to keep a very comfortable state

 If customer adopt the supply method as solution with bottle, appearance of the bottle and design of the spray bottle would be reflected by customer’s opinion and customer’s brand image independent.
